Where are your bee farms located?
Our bees farms are located in the Northern part of Thailand where it is still densely forested and has a cooler climate.
Are your honey pure?
Yes. Rest assured our honey is 100% pure. Our honey are unprocessed and harvested only by extraction without any pasteurization.
How long is the shelf life?
All our honey are labelled with a best before date as it is a labeling requirement for food items. However, raw pure honey does not expire due to the antibacterial properties found in them.
Do you provide packaging in different sizes and customizations?
Yes, we provide small jars in sizes of 70g to 7kg catering packs for commercial use. We also provide customization for labels. Please contact us at hello@foodchic.com.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 8771 1629 if you require more information.

Shipping and delivery
1) Delivery charges of SGD5.00 applies. Free delivery for orders over SGD50.00. 2) Processing and delivery of orders will take around 3 - 4 working days.
Cancellation, refund and exchange policies.
We do not accept any refunds or cancellation once order is confirmed. However, you may exchange your purchases if: 1) Item is damaged. 2) Item received is different from product stated in your order confirmation. Please provide a valid proof of receipt of purchase. Items have to be in the original condition and sealed items unopened.
What mode of payments does Foodchic accept?
